The most beautiful and unique hotel we have stayed in - the design is spectacular and just walking around in the hallways is an experience! The room was spacious, also well designed and had a beautiful big bathroom and a balcony. All the food was amazing - the absolute best was dinner at Parisa, the Persian restaurant in the hotel (it would be worth a visit just for the design and the big door to get in!), beautiful Caesar’s salad and lobster roll by the pool, and seafood in Crudo restaurant. We were also amazed by the selection available for breakfast - there was really everything and it was all so delicious! The pool area is lovely, the gym is excellent (lots of machines, decent amount of weights, water, towels and even apples) with a beautiful big changing room with saunas and jacuzzi. We didn’t have any spa treatments but I’m sure these would’ve been great too as the staff was always there and very welcoming. Lastly the staff was exceptional - we were really looked after the entire time. We loved the barman in the bar who came up with new cocktails for us, the lady who cleaned our room checked in to see if we needed anything else, and someone even put a bookmark in my book when they realised I only had a receipt to use which was the most beautiful little extra touch. Reception was quick and everyone was so helpful. The most exceptional and unique hotel and definitely worth a visit.

I had an exceptional stay at Fairmont Tazi Palace Tangier, a hidden gem nestled in the green hills overlooking the city. The location offers tranquility away from the city’s hustle yet is easily accessible by taxi from the main train station—perfect for a relaxing retreat. The breakfast experience was a highlight, with a stunning restaurant view and an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality dishes, from continental favorites to Moroccan specialties. My room was spacious, luxurious, and elegantly designed, but the private terrace was the true standout. Watching the sunrise from there was breathtaking, with panoramic views of Tangier bathed in golden light. The hotel also arranged a private tour to Tetouan and Chefchaouen via a Mercedes Vito, making for a seamless and enjoyable trip. Our driver, Abdulhamid, was knowledgeable and fluent in Arabic, which helped navigate the local dialect. Overall, Fairmont Tazi Palace Tangier exceeded my expectations. With seclusion, luxury, and top-tier service, it’s the perfect place to unwind in style. Highly recommended—I’ll be returning!

Actually they mad our vacation much better you feel like you are at home. generosity Is the first thing you will notice when you visit Morocco. Definitely I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants special moments in their escape. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are very, very friendly. We did not miss anything. The service is fast and the facilities are beautiful, varied and wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable and the cleanliness is at its utmost. The amount of comfort in the stay is something I have never experienced. No hassle or delay in ordering times. They do everything in their power to make your stay a happy one. The restaurant staff deserve gold stars, especially the employee Iqbal, she made my day happy đŸŒ·

The staff really makes sure you are at total ease as they unpack your car and make sure your baggage is brought to your room as you check in. We got to see all the room options that were available for our stay before we decided on the room. A special thanks to the receptionist Aya and the manager (who’s name we forgot but he is from Sidi Moumen, Casa ;) )who made sure we got the room that fitted our needs perfectly. All the facilities are exceptional and our favourite was definitely the pool area. We will be back every summer during our annual Tangier stop in Morocco! Cannot recommend this hotel enough to any one who is looking for extra luxury and calmness during their stay.

The tranquility & attentiveness of all the staff. We had a room on the ground floor with its own garden which was beautiful. We only stayed for 1 night for some opulence in the middle of our 1 week stay in Tangier and it certainly delivered. We ate at Parisa restaurant which is within the secret innocence bar which served delicious cocktails. We didn’t get the chance to sample everything the hotel has to offer, the spa, pool or other restaurants on offer. Thank you Issan, Aya & Hamid as well as the reception staff for making it a short but wonderful experience.
