The most beautiful and unique hotel we have stayed in - the design is spectacular and just walking around in the hallways is an experience! The room was spacious, also well designed and had a beautiful big bathroom and a balcony. All the food was amazing - the absolute best was dinner at Parisa, the Persian restaurant in the hotel (it would be worth a visit just for the design and the big door to get in!), beautiful Caesar’s salad and lobster roll by the pool, and seafood in Crudo restaurant. We were also amazed by the selection available for breakfast - there was really everything and it was all so delicious! The pool area is lovely, the gym is excellent (lots of machines, decent amount of weights, water, towels and even apples) with a beautiful big changing room with saunas and jacuzzi. We didn’t have any spa treatments but I’m sure these would’ve been great too as the staff was always there and very welcoming. Lastly the staff was exceptional - we were really looked after the entire time. We loved the barman in the bar who came up with new cocktails for us, the lady who cleaned our room checked in to see if we needed anything else, and someone even put a bookmark in my book when they realised I only had a receipt to use which was the most beautiful little extra touch. Reception was quick and everyone was so helpful. The most exceptional and unique hotel and definitely worth a visit.

location was very good. Breakfast buffet was very varied and you could also order separately for example poached eggs with avocado and toast. The staff where extremely attentive and despite being a buffet would insist on bringing you your coffee and toast etc. Very service minded which adds to the experience. The service was excellent across the property. We ate at the Persian restaurant and drank the local Moroccan wine which was very good. We used the excellent spa facilities, including massage which were relatively good. Cleanliness 10/10.

The architecture and history of the hotel is unique. The hotel staff make you feel like a member of their family - a feeling and experience never felt in any other hotel before. Their hospitality is beyond my expectations; I initially booked for 2 nights & as a result of the comfort I felt in the Fairmont, I extended my stay to include an additional 2 nights. I would especially like to mention the hospitality management team; Othman & Youssef - Fairmont will never be the same without their presence

Also Concierge team mr omer , aiman big thanks for theme , Restaurant food Very tasty , and restaurant team always smiling and make you happy , I will come again 100% to fairmont Hotel

without a doubt, the Palace to be in Tangier ;-) brand new property, beautiful, decoration and attention to details : property and employees the Spa is great, food perfect, prices are correct for the category Panoramic view rooms on the 7th floor are astonishing

everything. it was such a lovely experience in such luxurious hotel in the beautiful city of Tangier. Rooms very spacious and comfortable with large balcony and 5 star’s amenities, bathroom so nice with both bathtub and shower. Very clean and modern. Room service is excellent, Staff very friendly. breakfast is very good. Food at Parisa restaurant was very tasty. i will not think of any other hotel if i go back to Tangier
